Fuel plate/brass fitting

I put a fuel plate in a few years back and finally today I put in the brass fitting that comes with it, what does the brass fitting change?

That brass fitting if it looks like this.

That fitting is very important as it is for wastegate control on your turbo. That increases your boost to 35 psi from the stock 21 psi and dramatically reduces EGT from the increased fuel of the plate. That is the issue I have with any of the EBay plates out there is that your are missing this $25 item that could save you on EGT and let you get full power of the plate.

What is considered safe for the stock turbo? Mine has the h1c and I can hit 33 with the hose clamped, no plate.

With the H1C and HX35 turbos they have been reliable up to 35-36 psi (typically the set point for the boost elbow). At 33 psi should be good all day long.
