The issue revolves around steering, the Ford steering arms on the knuckle are further outboard than the Dodge, the Ford knuckles use a larger diameter taper for the tie rod ends, if you try to use a combination of the Dodge tie rod with the Ford tie rod ends the Ford tie rod ends are a different thread diameter than the Dodge. I never got any further in my investigation than this as it was just easier to adapt the spindles and hubs.

Not that I could find, the Ford knuckles use the same ball joints and ball joint spacing, the brake calipers even use the same diameter banjo bolt(different thread pitch, but you could use the Dodge brake line with the Ford banjo bolt).

I could use a set to play with making a taper sleeve to adapt the Ford hole to the Dodge tie rod end.

This might be a stupid question,but can the Ford steering knuckle's arm be machined a little thinner so the dodge tie rod will fit? Machining it thinner will reduce it's diameter.Being that it is 7 degree taper & only .01 -.015 too big I don't think it would take too much.
