Free spin hub kit (stripped bolt in diff carrier!)

Well started the install of the hub kit I received from EMS Offroad today. I got the inner and outer axle shafts, spindles, etc... Everything went well until I got to the differential. I manage to strip out the pin that holds the pinion shaft the in place. It is recessed about .5" inside carrier. Tried everything including breaking off a torx inside.

Anyways very easy install but there is always little hang ups.

Any ideas on how to get the bolt out.

So far bout 5 hrs. invested. Including put just the spindles on so I could craw home for the night.

Do you have access to a welding torch? Maybe heat the surrounding area enough to expand it and get the nut out.
If youve got a torx head broken off in there thats going to be a problem since tool steel is pretty hard.
Ive got a few ideas but none of them would be as good as taking it to a machinist. =(
