Fire ring install and studs

I removed the head, everything looks great, i decided to fire ring my head to make more boost, i have 1.05 thik rings some guys told me to cut the grooves 31-32 thousands deep and 120 thousands wide does that make sense? the only issue i have do i need to cut the grooves square or round like the rings?

p.s do you guys have any special tips to install the head studs?

My grooves for firerings in my head where square, and you make them slighlty wider because the ring flatens out. When you go to install the head after you clean the surfaces to perfection use Gorilla Glue to hold the rings into the head for when you set it down on the block. Put an even coat of glue in the entire groove and place an object on the rings that weighs a couple pounds to hold them in nice and flat.

When you install the studs bottom tap the holes and use suction to clean out the threads in the block NOT pressurized air, pressurized air will leave a lot of debri behind and suction does not. And when you put the studs in the block put just a couple drops of motor oil on the threads that go into the block to lube thm slightly. And when you torque the nuts down the smaller the increments the better and the more moly-based lube on the washers and threads the better.

Here it goes...i fire ringed the head with square grooves and did everything exactly like people told me to, torqued studs down to 130 lbs twice, went for a test Drive today once the boost gauge hit 58 lbs.. clack there it went again, the gasket is not blown at the cylinder its on the back side of the motor, there is coming out lotsa water, what would you recommend doing??

I just removed the head and it looks like the the grooves are not deep enough i measured them they are all 31 thousands deep, do i need to make em a little deeper? and are the rings reusable?
