exhaust ears on head on head are cracked

exhaust ears on head are cracked

5 out of 6 of the exhaust ears are cracked going to need new head anybody know where to get one?

thanks but I got one thompson diesel the owner sold me his head off his 98 and sent it off to have it decked and new valve seals put in befare he sold it to me 650$. Mine still pulls good like it is, but the turbo don't sound like it did it got louder but there is no movement in the shaft. I was pulling ceders when it happened only way you could tell something was wrong was the way the turbo sounded.

The after market 12 valve heads are really nice. Many beefed up bosses and good metal for porting. They can be found for less than $1,000 at many places. If you're planning to go for high horsepower, it is something to consider.
When my head gasket was replaced I wanted to o-ring & possibly port. Mike talked me out of it. He feels that spending that much money for improvements should start with a fresh head.
