Engine Fan

Does anybody know if a engine fan from a 02 will fit on a 97?

I beleave 96 and 97 are the same ...I had to replace mine and not all the years were the same .

You might try a dealer. Call and see if the fan part number will fit the block of years you need, in your case, 97-02. I called my local Cummins dealer, and they asked for part numbers that I did not have on hand, but they could cross reference the fan to the year of engine, or the other way around if I did have the numbers handy.
