Dry Start, Help Please

Dry Start, Help Please
I have a 91 250 4x4 that got some bad biodiesel. It was not completely processed, so it hydrogenated in the bottom of the tank and would not start. I dropped the tank and cleaned it all out. Then I found that the manual fuel pump was not pumping to the IP, so I replaced the manual pump. It now runs great with no smoke or knock.
But, as soon as I turn it off and it sits for a minute, it will not start. I have to turn it over a couple times until it finally "primes" a couple cylinders then they all fire up and it runs great.
Any ideas what else I ruined. I checked and replaced the lines and clamps from the top of the tank, in case I was loosing my prime there. But still dry starting.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Prime or loss of is probablly still the issue. Could some hoses have detoriated as result of the fuel fisaco. The pickup assy is bad for the tubes cracking when tank is manhandled. Both inside and outside.
