Does my mpg seem right?
Yall see my sig, I have 3.54's and 335 85 r16's. I get 14mpg on a grandpa driven tank. is this right? I also just saw that the top of my tank is leaking and all around the sending unit is nasty with diesel, the leak doesn't make it to the ground though. could I be leaking that much? or is 14mpg normal?

Are your tires 235/85/16's or 335/85/16's. If it is the latter, then your mileage makes sense because of wind resistance and rotational inertia. If it is the former, then you should be able to get better mileage.
What speed do you drive on the highway? Anything over 65mph or so and your mileage will really start falling off.

335's cuz 315's were stock and looked tiny. Maybe it is my driving, I've had the truck for years but I do tend to actually drive it. I'm gonna try to drive as calm as possible on this next tank and figure mileage with the tire formula. i did figure out that the 335's are .o635% larger than stock so maybe that will help. I never thought it made that big a difference so I never used the formula. but I will next time. thanks

With a 235/85 (32 inch tire), your mileage does sound low. Is this mostly around town with lots of stop and go, or is this all highway driving?

It does not take much of a fuel leak to knock your mileage quite a bit. There are two hoses on top of the fuel tank, they should be replaced with high quality diesel rated hoses every couple of years. The same is true of the hoses from the hard lines to the engine.
However, with the changes you list, if you have not had the injector pop-off springs reset at a higher rate for the current lower viscosity fuel we have been getting in the US since 2007, your mileage is in the range I would expect.
If you have your injectors set with the higher rate pop-offs the mileage will go back up to around 18-21 on the highway at 16.5-17.5 degrees timing.
Have a chat with your injection shop tech. You want a shorter and higher pressure burst with the new diesel that we have since 2007 in order to compensate for its tendency to burn erratically and quickly.
