Did you install any washers under the 370s? Ive read folks saying whether to use them, and what size, is best decided by the vendor's recommendation.
You could also look into fuel pressure. Maybe try a run with the AFC off to see if thats hanging things up.
Hotmopr, how is it you -havent- popped a head gasket with a setup like that? Lots of folks on here seemed to have made one fail with less extreme mods.

i ran the dyno after i installed them, but you will not see much of a difference in hp if you are running a stock turbo. i can hit 55psi on a stock turbo not a good thing. the laser cuts give you enough fuel to spool about any turbo including a set of twins. here i am on the dyno.

thanks, nice truck by the way. im gonna take my plate out and run with that for a little while to see if the gv arm was getting caught on it. it will be tempting not to put my foot into it though, however my wife might not like me spending our savings on a new motor

You asked about Haisley's website. You can also go to Scheid Diesel's website as Scheid and Haisley are friends and sell similar products.

Here is Scheid Diesel's website:

www.scheiddiesel.com and their toll free number is: 1-800-669-1593.

Glad to hear you got the timing done. I sat by the phone all day waiting for a call (just kidding). I'll throw another angle at your problem. I had a rather decided stutter that would show at idle and on easy uphills the most. It ended up being a sticking injector. May be worth pulling them and having them tested. If you put your stock/300's in and it goes away that may be it. Just a thought.

When it hits 50 psi I take my foot out of it.. I have it way turned down. The top wastegate opens at about 35 PSI and the pop offs are set for 45 PSI roughly. I can blow right through them and boost will just keep going. Who says 160 pumps wont push fuel..
