Clockspring woes
I had my local Dodge dealer replace my clockspring last spring to the tune of $250.
Last week on our way back from IN,TN etc, the air bag light came on and cruise was intermittent.. Now it doesn't work at all.
My dodge dealer only put a 12,12 warranty on the work, and its already over that.
I would rather not pay them to do it unless absolutely necessary... Is this something I can do myself or is it nothing to mess around with, with the airbag being in close vicinity to the work?

Funny you should ask, I put one in a 98 today.
Read this its the same procedure on a 98.

Less than an hour taking your time and the part is around $60 unless you have radio controls on the wheel.
