i feel a little stupid by posting this but noticed today that my waste gate had completly rusted and blew apart in two pieces. i noticed a huge difference in my truck this AM and checked it out. the head was laying right on the frame. i was lucky to find an awesome deal on a banks big head and man what a difference. i hope that i can save someone some of the headaches that i encountered

I tink' my wastegate is rusted closed !

 

yeah im def. in the rusty areas. cancer of the vehicles is common in central NY. but i will say that the big head made a huge difference. just glad i didnt have to pay full price for it!!

 

Wow, Ok I definately live in rust heaven.... Ontario. Anyone know where I can get a replacement wastegat for mine.it's really rusty.

 

i upgraded to a banks bighead wastegate. i picked mine up for 130 from a buddy but i saw them on ebay for about 160. in my eyes VERY MUCH worth the extra change. huge difference of the stocker. just my .02
