can here tranny fluid in morning???
for some odd reason I have started hearing a fluid noise like fluid was spraying on the bottom of my cab or like water was running I can hear this only after the truck has bean sitting for a while like a couple of hours there are no leaks and once I started noticing this my transmission has started shifting rough only for the first couple of shifts than its fine. So I assume they have something to do with each other but I don’t know

That fluid sound is coolant circulating thru your heater core. You can probably locate the sound to just the left of your glove box. The sound is totally normal.
As far as the tranny, you have a backflow preventer/checkvalve near the heat exchanger. It is a short section of rubber hose (black) inline with the metal hose. The black rubber hose terminates at the block. It may be sticking open or it may be unrelated to your problem, but I would do this next time: Start truck up and put into nuetral. Let warm up while in nuetral for a minute or two and then drive as normal. See if that changes how your tranny feels.
It may be something as simple as the tranny fluid needing to "pump up", may be tranny problems. The fluid only gets circulated while in nuetral. It does not circulate while in park.
I would also question the fluid level, the last time you changed the fluid and filter. If it's been a while or questionable, then time for a change. HTH, Kevin
