can anyone tell me how to adjust my fuel shutoff solenoid?

Question can anyone tell me how to adjust my fuel shutoff solenoid?

While I'm in there I might as well see if that is set up properly. Diesel man sent me an upside down e-mail but I was'nt able to decifer that.

It would be very unusual for the solenoid to go out of adjustment on it's own.
Usually the only time they need to be adjusted is if the solenoid has been removed or replaced.

I pulled it off of the pump and disconnected it from the pump but I didn't pull off the mounting bracket or mess with the adjustments or the lock nut. lprobably it's ok.

I resent it to you, right side up.
Guess you cant decifer that also. Personally, I would have printed the page out and turned it around. KIDS these days.

It was also out of the FSM, cant get better than that.

In my case, my truck's fuel lever (not sure what it's called) was LOOSE. The little cam key thing was knocked out of adjustment (by the dealership) many months ago.

I gave up in total frustration trying to get the shut off solenoid in the proper adjustment, so I installed a PTO Cable.

It's pretty cool actually. It has a BIG Red **** on it that says PULL to SHUTOFF!
