Auto to Manual Conversion Questions
I am getting the transmission and everything from a 1998 donor truck. My two questions are: What do i need to do PCM wise? Use the one off the parts truck, find a PCM for my year with a stick? Second, how/where do you hook up the speedometer cable? Thanks

there is no speedo cable. The speed sensor is in the transfer case so just plug it back in 
PCM wise. You can use the one you have in the truck now.
