Ambient Temp vs T/C Lockup?

Ambient Temp vs T/C Lockup?
Well, I guess I know the answer after reading past forums, but thought I would throw this out anyway. Has anyone noticed that the T/C seems lock and unlock differently at lower temps? All winter it would jump in and out of lockup. Temps warmed up and no problems either towing or unloaded. Today 31 degrees and it acted up a tiny bit. Expect I will start soon with the new goodies, but thought I would ask before i did it. Thanks, Ed

Re:Ambient Temp vs T/C Lockup?
There is a notation that I have noticed on some TSBs.<br>If the trans temp is below 59*, or above 275*, the trans wil not shift into OD. This may also have some effect on lockup, seeing that it is also controlled by the ECM.
