pulled off my afc to find this. threads are stripped and the housing is worn from rattling around there a while. I will be replacing it.

anybody have a spare? or thoughts on where i could get one?

 

I needed a hard to find part and called Diamond Diesel in Oakland. They are Bosch pump experts and have pretty much everything you might need.

 

called them they have the part 200 to my door yawou think ill try to repair this guy first. thanks for the advice though! at least i have a backup.

 

anybody know the correct threads to order for this? i matched a 17mm wrench to the diameter of threads on the elbow.

 

17mm sounds big, I want to say it's m14x1.25...
Take it to a local Napa, hydraulic shop, hardware store etc to match the threads up. If the housing threads are damaged you may be able to repair with heli-coil. May need a bottom tap, not sure how much room there is without hitting the diaphragm.

Or tap to the closest size SAE pipe thread (1/4"?) and dig for a fitting(s) to plumb the small lines back.
