Advantages/Disadvantages to Changing P-pumps

I have the 180 hp p-pump in my rig. I have plans to have the trans rebuilt..... so what are the advantages and disadvantages of installing the higher hp P-pump. Also, how hard is it to swap them

Thanks

The 215hp pumps flow a little more and have a lighter governor then the 180hp pumps, rev more freely. But overall potential is about equal with the 180hp pumps, in fact many prefer them because of their static timing. 215's have notched plungers that retard timing near full throttle. 3k or 4k rpm governor spring kit and DV's if you need more fueling will perform well, however if you have stock charger and injectors a fuel plate will supply more then enough fuel.
