I just want to put some emphasis on getting gauges, BOMBed or stock. With an auto trans the minimum is EGT, and trans oil temp. Boost is good for troubleshooting and improving mileage, plus it gives some measure of performance. If you are a gauge lover, a fuel pressure gauge with two sending units (pre and post filter) wouldn't hurt.
