You can either upload them to your gallery (you have 6 pages of photos there, so I assume you are familiar with that), or just below the typing box, you'll see a button that says manage attachments.
Click browse, find where the picture is stored in your computer, click ok. Once you have found the pictures you want to post (up to 5/post), click upload. Once they say they have finished uploading, you will see the names of the files by the 'manage attachments'. Then click submit.
If the files are too big, open the picture in paint, go the Image menu, click Resize/Skew, and you can resize it based on a percentage of the original picture. I think you're only allowed a 800x600 jpg file.
