95 dodge oops
I took my friends 95 auto 2x4 to my shop lastnight and tightened the gov springs down on click on each side just to see how that would change the way it ran. well after getting the idle back to 900 where he likes it we went to go back to his house. As soon as you put it into any gear the truck stalls. I set the idle up to 1000 and it runs like normal.
What could be the problem?
DM01

Re:95 dodge oops
All I can say is that after installing my 3K GSK, the idle speed did become more "touchy". That is, just a little too much would raise rpms quite a bit, too low would make engine hard to start without pressing slightly on the throttle.

My guess is that stock springs would even be a little worse since the intended preload may have been exceeded.
Also, mine idles higher before it comes up to full temperature, especially in hotter weather.
