What is the fss? There are no electronics on the 95 engine. The trans has a control modual but not the engine. If you put the 95 engine in front of your 90 trans you have no problem.

The crank sensor is to control the transmission. You can connect the shutdouwn solenoid to a relay then to a hot wire of the ignition. There is no electronics that control the engine.
