4x4 wheel bearing replacement
Stepson has a '94 2500 4x4 that had a wheel bearing go out. Is this a fairly straight forward replacement? Are there any special tool that I need? Which are the best replacement parts? All your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Instructions are the same as for replacing the rotors> https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...6&postcount=10

Big socket for the axle nut, case of beer, and penetrating oil. Can be a bear if the trucks been around salt, or they've been in a really long time. Paint the flange of the new one with anti seize, in case you have to change out the rotor at some later point. I sourced US made ones from carquest for under $100 each, FWIW.

Most folks who have gone for the cheap unit bearings report that if they weren't broken brand new in the box that they failed in less than 10,000 miles.
