2000 6spd flywheel ????
This question is an easy one for you guys. Is the 2000 flywheel a 13 inch clutch or 12 ??? I have finaly found a used flywheel and was wondering if it will hold the 13in clutch.
Thanks,
Charlie

The HO engines mated with the NV5600 used the 13" clutch. That is the upgrade for the rest of us 4500 guys is to go to the 13" system retro'd to the NV4500 input shaft size.
Hope that helps.

Chances are that will be the 12.25" clutch. The HO's weren't available in 00, only 01/02. 6 speeds were available in 99 and 00 behind the SO engine, and they had the smaller clutch/input shaft.

Guy said he thinks 13 in but I don't want to buy it and be wrong is there a part # crossreference for the flywheels someplace my local dodge dealership suck all they say is you want what?? and does it have air conditioning like that matters.

On the engine, there would be a spacer between the starter and engine adapter on the bigger flywheel. If there is nothing, then it is the smaller clutch. Something to find out about the engine it came off of.

It sound like that flywheel is a 12.25 clutch not 13. Think I got a line on a new on but still looking I might just go new. Anywho that probably means I also need a space for the starter ehh?
