1998 3500 tranny temp light and OD light

1998 3500 tranny temp light and OD light
Getting off interstate, the tranny temp light came on (about 3-5 second) then went off, about 5 minutes later on flat road with no load, the OD light did the same thing, tranny did not shift, just the light on then off (3-5 seconds). Any Ideas???
This is on my friends 1998 3500 dually, 5.9 CTD 12V, auto (rebuilt June 07), 3.54

Check fluid level. Could be wiring fubarred at tranny or frame rails. Might be time to replace vehicle. dodge needs the business.
