Suprduty<br>Try using a 22 milimeter socket on the alternator hub bolt. Turn it clock wise and if the belt slips and the engine dont turn then go counter clockwise with it. I have 146,000 miles on my 95 12valve and have always done it that way. No need to buy a special baring tool. Cant remember off hand if it needs to go clockwise or counter clockwise. [undecided]
