from my understanding the 180's and 215's cant go to far on rack travel with out retarding fuel timing. however im not sure what your trying to acomplish but 600cc's is a ton of fuel. it also depends on what injectors you have. but a tuned 180 with full cut dv's and a good set of injectors 5X14 ddp's or some 5X16's and you definately have enough fuel for 500+ hp. I have heard or 500cc's being had out of an 160 with no plate and a stock cam

I don't think it is the Helix that has anything to do with the variability of the timing of a 215. The top of the plungers have a groove cut in them which accounts for the variability of timing of a 215 pump.
The P&B assemblies are definitely different between the 215 and 180 pumps.
This past winter I had both a 215 and 180 pump at the pump shop for a little work and I was told both pumps had the same cam. I have also heard from several reputable sources that the cams are different between the 215 and the 180 pumps?

i would stick with the 913. set up with 17-19mm of travel. full cut dv's 4k springs those ddp4's and about 24* of timing with a set of twins or an 66mm(or larger) single and you should have 600. A little nitrous and a big single would be a fun setup imho
