180 and 215 7100 injec pump
my injector pump is leaking oil on my truck and am looking into just buying another one. i found a 180 pump for pretty cheap and was wondering what i would have to do to it to get it back to a 215 pump or any mods that i could do to it. thanks for the help.

the more i learn, i am starting to figure that the only real differance is in the helix cut in the plungers. but i have not pulled one apart so i can't say for sure.

the pump is leaking oil out of the injector pump timming plug. the threads in the pump were striped out. i put some jb weld around the plug and have pretty much stopped the leak but would like to fix it right. another question is where would i purchase some lazer cut or high flow dv's?

at 21mm it will make a ton of fuel(600+cc's) but due to the helix it retards fuel timing. 17mm will make 450 cc's wich is plenty for big hp 500+ im not sure how a 180 acts. however the cam in a 215 is great and put in a 160 pump you have a race pump on the cheap
