12V injectors between stock 215HP and a Marine 370..

I've got some 215 stock sticks on the way from a local fella to replace my sick 160s while the head gasket is being replaced.

My question is:

Who makes an injector that falls between a 215 and a 370 marine?

I don't want to overfuel the thing, but would like to make the most power I can, with controllable EGTs, and retain the stock turbocharger setup for the time being.

I plan on adding 191 delivery valves with the 215 injectors after when the head gasket is going back on this weekend.

Anyone have any suggestions?

i'll take the 215's off your hands if you go with 300's.

I have ram amny different injectors and if I was you I would stick with the 215's they are a great all around injector and Many guys includeing myself made really good HP with them. if you want something more than a 215 I would get something else besides the 300's while they work they also make more heat and the spray pattern is wider than the 215. I made more HP and better fuel milage with the 215's the good thing aboout 300's is that they are cheap so its really up to you and how you use your truck.

DDP... Only thing comparable to OEM run characteristics with all the power of the others.. NO idle haze, stumble or clouds, well unless you ask for it..

There is also New Era and F1 injectors. They have the stock spray pattern. I like the New Eras 370s that Im running. Cheaper than the overpriced DDPs.

Buy new era injectors if you want some extra power without all of the crappy characteristics.

www.neweradiesel.com they are just stock injectors EDM'd to what you want. If you are already going to put in 215's you can send your 160's in for $380 to get 330 injectors without a core. I am going to purchase some 330's when I get some cash

If you go with either the 215's or the 300's you won't need a turbo. When I ran the 300's they were a good upgrade from my 160's. But the 370's difference was huge. I found the stock turbo was no match for the 370's with an aggressive plate. I gained 77 hp with 370's/dodzilla over the 300's/stock turbo combo.

I'll see how the 215s with 191s work in comparison to the stock 131s and 160 sticks before i bust open a piggy bank for the new eras.

I just wanted to know what's do-able before having to change out turbos.

Thanks.

Identifiying 215's

I got a set of what I hope are 215's off eBay a while back. Can anyone tell me how to verify what they are? Also should I get them pop tested before installing them?
cheers

still dont know what people are talking about with 370 idle haze. mine have been in for almost 30k it passes tn idle test with an .03 with .10 a passing grade. my 90 does an .05 with stock injectors.
