12V Fuel System

Well, I finally sprung a big leak - havent had a chance to look at it real good yet but Im pretty sure the problem is with the fuel line(s).

I want to redo the whole fuel system with 1/2" S.S. tubing and Swagelok PB-8 hose. Now, I should know this but does anyone know what size of fittings are in the fuel system (lp, fuel filter, Injector pump).

I know Vulcan Performance sells a kit but I believe that it only goes from the Fuel filter to the Injector pump. Its pretty $$ as well.

Can any 12V guys help me out here?

Thanks.

Injection pump inlet is 14x1.5 or you can remove the helicoil and it's a 16x1.5. I think the lift pump outlet is 12x1.5. I have them wrote down somewhere but can't find them right now. I'm going off of memory. I'll try to find them and post them up tomorrow if they are wrong. i deleted the fuel filter bowl and heater though. I run a baldwin fb 1311 filter base. There is a lot of choices for 2 micron fuel filters with that setup.

Thanks...would be nice if you could find them.

It would have been nice if they installed SAE fittings on these trucks.

Don't remove the helicoil, its there so you don't ruin the threads when torqueing a steel fastner into th epump body, which is a softer alloy.
