Hi any 12V #53 blocks with cracks or not and miles,I have 98 12V 5speed QC 160K #53 block no cracks,thanks

if no cracks i wouldn't worry you've got alot of miles on it already and how you really going to stop it if it was going to happen......that said i really just wanted to kep an eye on this also sounds interesting

the was an awesome post on here about the info on these. it was information I wanted to know just for future reference. about 12 pages of info thats why this forum rocks. ive found alot of good info on here

I have never heard of a 12v with a 53 block cracking.
There are very few 12v with them, and it is not a real common problem, so I'm not saying it can't happen, but to my knowledge it hasn't yet.
