12 valve stuck rack no start
ive got a 215 pump no fuel to injectors
i removed plate and afc housing now it has fuel runs half wide open and like crap
truck was running fine the just dies out of blue
i was thinking rack is stuck but im not real sure now

I ran into a similar problem last week. It was cause by a stuck plunger in the pump. I called a guy that does my injection work and he said to put some additive for pump lubricant. The truck would run then it would get a knocking sound on the pump sounded like a stuck lifter then the throttle would stick where ever it was at I put some lubricant in the tank and ran it next day no more problems

Check the fuel shut off solenoid first. Then go through and look for an airleak from the pre-filter to the injection pump. Stuck rack is usually a bad plunger and symptoms as boughtadodge describes.
Probably a temporary measure. It cost me $1,600 for a pump rebuild as the sticking plunger also screwed up the rack. Wife even noticed the truck runs much smoother & quieter after the pump rebuild.

this engine is in a ford superduty
i have used the powerstroke pump its ab 45 psi all the time
the shut off is off and rod is pushed forward for full fuel
i pulled delv valve off cyl# 4 is stuck closed
now im looking for a good shop in tennessee to send pump to
i bought a used 180 to use till i get this one fixed if it can be fixed
